Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pyar+Co. Please review our policy on refunds and returns prior to making a purchase. The following terms are applicable for any products purchased with us:
Online customers may return items up to 30 calendar days after date of initial purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in the same condition in which received. Items must be in the original packaging and with the attached receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping of returns are the responsibility of returning party. Upon approval of returned item, Pyar+Co. will initiate a refund to credit card or original payment method. Items returned to Pyar+Co. prior to receiving Return Approval the return will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning all goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods that arrive damaged or are lost during return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of a received return delivery.
Once your returned merchandise is received, inspected and approved for return you will receive a confirmation email as well as a refund to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:
Seasonal Items
Seasonal items are NOT eligible for return, refund, exchange or cancelation. These items are FINAL SALE. We will, however, accept cancellations up to 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
Discounted Purchases
Items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. Only items purchased at the full retail price are eligible for a refund. Merchandise purchased at a discount, whether a published mark-down or with a discount code, are NOT eligible for return, refund, exchange or credit of any kind. All sale items are FINAL SALE. All orders placed with a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Restocking Fees
Items costing $200 or more will be subject to a 10% restocking. This fee will be deducted from your return total.
Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Damages or defects that are reported after 14 days will not be replaced or refunded.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), seasonal items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), items that require sanitization, and pre-ordered goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item or would like to know if it falls under one of these categories PRIOR to purchase.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do NOT offer exchanges.
